Tulsa Youth Speaker Series is an event organized by the Association and community partners. The series features a well–known speaker who, first and foremost, appeals to young people, but also to a broader audience. Our past events featured Erin Gruwell and Coach Ken Carter, inspirations for the movies “The Freedom Writers” and “Coach Carter.”

Youth Outreach Services aims to reach northeastern Oklahoma youth, educate them on safe ways to deal with teen issues, and leave them with an inspiring story such as Dave Pelzer's. As we all struggle in this economy, may we join together to prevail and create a culture of safety for our youth.

We are very excited to announce, emceeing the event for the evening, author of House of Night book series, Kristin Cast.
