PLANNED GIVING
A planned gift to the Mental Health Association in Tulsa
will help ensure the continued availability of our many services
and programs. There are many ways you can bequest a gift
from your estate. Some examples are:
Bequest
You can make a charitable gift by naming The Mental Health Association in Tulsa
a beneficiary in your will.
Life Income Gift
You can irrevocably transfer some assets to the Association now, and in return,
you receive income for life.
Gift of Life Insurance
If you have a life insurance policy you no longer need, one that was purchased
years ago to provide for children or other family members, you can donate
the policy to the Association.
Pooled Income Fund
Your gift of money, marketable securities, or both is invested together with
similar gifts from other supporters.
Charitable Lead Trust
Individuals with very large estates can use a charitable lead trust to benefit
the Association and pass principal to family members with little or no tax
penalty.
Gifts of Retirement Plans
Your IRA assets can be transferred to a charitable remainder trust. The trust
will provide life income to your named beneficiary, and then an eventual
gift to the Mental Health Association in Tulsa.
