TERRACE VIEW

Terrace View is a 42-unit complex open to all individuals who meet the financial guidelines established by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Terrace View helps ease mental health consumers into independent living by also housing residents not living with mental illness. Mental health consumers residing at Terrace View have achieved stability in their lives and are able to live independently with minimal support services. Because the complex has a project-based section 8 certificate, consumers and others with a limited income can live at Terrace View at 30% of their monthly income.
