Treepoint Apartments provides 19 units of permanent independent living to adults with a history of mental illness who are successfully recovering and are ready to reintegrate in to the community. While occupying their own apartment, residents work with service providers to develop housing and care plans that address issues that have previously impacted on their ability to live independently. Because the Association offers apartments to consumers at 30% of their monthly income, or accepts Section 8 certificates, consumers are able to live in these large one bedroom apartments while enjoying a high quality of life.
