HMIS PRIVACY POLICY
The Mental Health Association in Tulsa is a participant
in the ShareLink Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).
We collect personal information directly from clients for
reasons that are discussed in the ShareLink HMIS privacy notice.
The information that is provided is entered into the ShareLink
information management system on a web-based computer program.
We are required by law to maintain the privacy of protected
personal information and to provide clients with notice of
their legal duties and privacy practices with respect to protected
personal information. The Mental Health Association has adopted
