FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Eighteen teams, representing thirteen states were awarded financial assistance. Applicants were required to assemble a team of a minimum of three people from their community. Examples of the types of team members they were asked to include are developer/planner, mental health professional, builder, consumer or family member.

The deadline to apply for financial assistance was June 15, 2004.
