Scholarship Applications

The Mental Health Association in Tulsa is pleased to offer a limited number of scholarships to the Zarrow Mental Health Symposium. These scholarships are based on financial need, with primary consideration given to those who live with a mental illness. Family members are also encouraged to apply. Scholarships are for conference registration only and do not include travel or other conference related expenses.

For consideration, please print out a copy of the scholarship application, complete the requested information and return the form to the Mental Health Association in Tulsa. Applications may be mailed, faxed or dropped off at the Association offices, and must be received on or before Wednesday, August 20, 2008.

Scholarship recipients will be notified beginning September 3, 2008.
